Dijon - Lyon special 10 day itinerary
Vacations are not a luxury; they are a necessity for a well-balanced, healthy life – as important as eating well and getting exercise. Stay longer, pay less, see more. Truly the perfect personalized getaway in the lap of luxury. We enriched the Dijon & Lyon river cruise itinerary with three more nights. This magnificent cruisetour is draped in French finery, from the romance of the “City of Light” to the sumptuous cuisine, ducal treasures and robust red wines of the Burgundian capital.
Lyon has a very long history. It was founded by the Romans in the 1st Century BC and quickly became the Capital of the Three Gauls. Lyon is also known as the french capital of gastronomy, and wines. Lyon is a friendly city with several cultures leaving their marks in the architecture.
